International competition was a central part of Karina’s skating career, and it was a great honor for her to represent the Danish Skating Union. During her competitive career, she won the Danish National Championships at the Novice, Junior, and Senior Ladies levels, including four Senior National titles.

 

Karina competed in numerous International Skating Union (ISU) competitions, including the Junior Grand Prix series, Junior World Championships, European Championships, and World Championships, where she represented Denmark among the world’s top skaters.

These experiences gave Karina a deep understanding of the discipline, preparation, and performance skills required for successful competition programs.

​

Today, Karina applies her international competitive experience to coaching figure skaters of all levels, helping students develop strong technical skills, confidence in performance, and the ability to succeed in tests, exhibitions, and competitions.
